Thanks my boss bought the subscription and now i can export and hunt more from my account. Teams feature is a brilliant idea! I like how easily we can find the leads of a specific job title from a needed country/City and perform the personalized drip campaigns. BTW, drip campaigns are mindblowing! Verification process fails to perform, it is too restrictive and description of documentation not clearly specific for users. Once the verification fails, users must respond to emails with appropriate documentation that goes unanswered and the request expires. Process not reliable and will alienate users from your store/product/service. No option for users to speak to a live CSR unless you select that you are a business...

The wort customer service I have ever encountered, and that's saying something after dealing with airbnb for 4 years! Totally failed to connect to all channels over a 2 month period, and nobody seemed to care enough to correct the errors. Try another Channel Manager

Pros: Lead contact information, it was great to be able to access all the info I need to connect with specific people. Cons: Not enough filters to narrow down a search. There were times where all sorts of people where showing up in a search feed, not intuitive enough for what i need this for.

One of the worst company, please don't join with their fake words. They won't bother about the employee their moto to make the employee as a dog and make sure he work with him. They are ready to spoil the employee carrier even. Worst company already in blockedlisted companies list.

Very useful platform but a huge learning curve. A lot of the UI is not very user friendly, and seems a little clunky. If you're signing up, be sure to get the learning pack.

Their customer support team is highly helpful in helping you get up and running (if needed) and the platform is fairly flexible. We're using the Refersion form embedded on client sites and it's all relatively customizable to fit various brands!

Whatconverts has been very easy to use and integrate with our clients. They are friend and great to deal with. Being able to record and listen back to calls has been a great feature for clients that are not sitting in the office as well as being able to monitor your own business communication with customers. I would definitely suggest the product they offer and the service delivery received.
